- We’re Interplay Platform Ltd of Dublin, Ireland (Interplay) and this is our privacy policy.
- This policy explains and applies to how we collect, use, and process information that we gather when you use our services. Just for your reference, "Our Services" include our websites at Interplayapp.com and Interplay.io and any other websites that we may later own or operate ("Websites"), our web, mobile and desktop applications ("Apps"), our plugins for third party tools ("Plugins"), application program interfaces ("APIs"), our online prototyping workspace ("Builder") and other products and services we may own and operate.
- This Privacy Policy only applies to personal information that is collected, used or processed by Interplay in the course of our business and only applies to websites, services and applications included within “Services.” It does not apply to third- party websites, services or applications even if they are accessed through our Services.
- You should view this document with our Terms and Conditions, as together they form a legally binding document for when you visit or use our Services. All words contain the same meaning as those described in our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any terms and conditions or any terms of this policy, then please do not provide us with any personal information, exit the application and don’t use any of our Services.

This policy will be amended from time to time to suit our business needs. We will let you know of the changes either via email or on our website. You may be required, upon login, to accept the amended policy. If you do not agree, please terminate your use of our Services.

So, what types of information do we collect?
- We collect personal information about visitors and users of our sites.
- We collect things like emails, IP addresses, Survey responses, blogs, photos, and web analytics data and job applications.
And, how do we collect and use information?
We collect data on current and prospective customers, users, visitors, guests and employees by:
- information you may provide us when you register for the sign-up. We also gain information when you interacting with our service and participate in surveys, or send us queries. Some of this information can be used to identify you( name, email, personal website, picture (these are known as Personal Identifiable Information or PIIs).

- At Interplay, we use entrusted, GDPR and Privacy shield compliant third parties to help us process and store your information.
- We limit access to those employees who have a reason for knowing such information. Our employees and contractors follow rule and adhere to the strictest confidentiality policies on customer information. We have strict policies and procedures in place to ensure your information is treated securely and in accordance to this Privacy Policy. Unfortunately, no matter how diligent we are, the internet is not 100% secure, and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you provide to us. We do not accept liability for unintentional disclosure.
- By using the Site or providing Personal Information to us, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of the Site. If we learn of a security system’s breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically by posting a notice on the Site or sending an email to you. You may have a legal right to receive this notice in writing.

Interplay will disclose with:
- Our Services Providers. We use third party service providers to work with us in administering and providing our Services. These third-party providers may have access to your PII for the purpose of performing services on our behalf. The types of service providers (processors) will include: (i) provision of IT and related services; (ii) provision of information and services you have requested; (iii) payment processing; (iv) customer service activities; and (v) in connection with the provision of the Services. Rest assured that appropriate contracts have been duly executed with the service providers that prohibit them from using or sharing Personal Information except as necessary to perform the contracted services on our behalf or to comply with applicable legal requirements
- Our professional advisors: Lawyers, accountants, financial advisers etc.

What security measures do we take of your Information?
- Interplay uses and store store personal information on secure servers that are managed by trusted our service providers, and occasionally hard copy files that are kept in a secure location in Ireland and Australia. Personal information that we store or transmit is protected by security and access controls, including username and password authentication, two-factor authentication, and data encryption where appropriate.
- While we do take reasonable measures to protect the information that we collect from or about you (including your PII). Please be aware, however, that no method of transmitting information over the Internet or storing information is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information.
Do we have links to other websites?
- Our Services may contain links to other websites and services, e.g. to Google’s services. Any information that you provide on or to a third-party website or service is provided directly to the owner of the website or service and is subject to that party's privacy policy. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to such websites or services and we’re not responsible for the content, privacy or security practices and policies of those websites or services. To protect your information we recommend that you carefully review the privacy policies of other websites and services that you access.
How long do we keep your personal information?
- We retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to provide the services to you and others, and to comply with our legal obligations. If you no longer want us to use your personal information or to provide you with the Interplay services, you can request that we erase your personal information and close your account with us. Please note that if you request the erasure of your personal information we will retain information from deleted accounts as necessary for our legitimate business interests, to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect fees, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce the terms of service and take other actions permitted by law. The information we retain will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Access to your information?
- Yes, you have access to your information where it is permitted by acceptable law. You are entitled to ask us ask to port your personal information( this is transfer in a structured way, commonly used and machine readable format, to you), erase it, amend it where it is incorrect. , you may send us an These requests will be process in accordance with local laws.

Even if you opt out, we may still collect non-Personal Information regarding your activities on our Services and/or information from advertisements on Third-Party websites.
- You can use the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of our contact emails to opt out of receiving future emails. We will process your request within a reasonable time after receipt. Note that you will continue to receive transaction-related emails regarding products or services you have requested.
- We may also send you certain non-promotional communications regarding Interplay and our Services and you will not be able to opt out of those communications (e.g., communications regarding updates to our Terms or this Privacy Policy). We maintain telephone “do-not-call” and “do-not-mail” lists as mandated by law. We process requests to be placed on do-not-mail, do-not-phone and do-not-contact lists within 60 days after receipt, or such shorter time as may be required by law.
- All Human resources data is used for employment-related purposes only.
Where is your data kept?
- While Interplay is an Irish company, we use third party service providers to store our data. Your PII might be stored within EU or may have to be transferred elsewhere for storage with service providers who are GDPR and Privacy Shield compliant. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by you giving us your PIIs represents your agreement to this transfer.
About Children
- Our Services are not suitable for children under the age of 16 years, so if you are under 16 we ask that you do not use our Services or give us your personal information. If you are from 16 to 18 years, you can browse the Services but you’ll need the supervision of a parent or guardian to become a registered User and create an Account. It’s the responsibility of parents or guardians to monitor their children’s use of our Services.
